Purchase Conditions 

By ordering or purchasing any products sold on our site, you affirm:

– You affirm Motark has made no claims or guarantees about product uses or effects.

Disclaimer of Liability

Motark disclaims any liability for the purchase, use, misuse, shipping, or receipt of our products. You indemnify and hold us harmless for any issues arising from placed orders.  

Shipping 

We guarantee items are shipped to provided delivery addresses but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after initial delivery. Refunds issued if returned to us unopened within 30 days, less original shipping fees.

Our site may contain links to third party sites and services outside our control or terms. We are not responsible for outside sites, links do not indicate endorsement, and use of any linked services carries no guarantees.  

Intellectual Property Rights

All site content and products are Motark property. You do not acquire any ownership rights by accessing protected content or Motark products. User submissions remain your property but may be used by Motark subject to restrictions.  

Disputes

Any disputes must be resolved via binding individual arbitration conducted by AAA or similar service. No class proceedings allowed. Governing law is the State of Idaho.
