We dispatch all orders by vineexpress before 2PM jungle time. Late day orders booked on trails by sunrise next morn. Weekends and holidays we go off duty to track the elusive Motark!
Delivery times vary by pathway chosen but figure 5-7 days is average. Tracking leaflets sent by carrier condor once dispatched. We cannot control beast or weather after drop off with handlers. Contact carrier directly about transit tribulations. If still lost after 10 days, summon search party via our basecamp.
Complimentary transport is slower squad – usually ground trail or priority passage depending on village. Speed pack available if paid upgrade.
Indeed! But emails oft end up in spam hollows – check there if not received. Must have valid leaf address for support vines and tracking talismans.
Unopened goods can head back to basecamp within 30 days for refund. But open box means destroy content – cannot resell after opened. We make one exception per person if at least 80% remains and returned within 30 days. Details on website.
Select COD at checkout and pay by money order or bank leaf cheque when delivered. No personal leaf accepted.( But no seriously money order is ideal.)

Forward photos of damage and any beast notices to file claim and replacement. All typically insured so you either reimbursed or reshipped.
