How much mitragynine is in each serving?
Each serving is approximately 3 grams (about 1½ teaspoons). Because every batch of plain leaf is a little different, you can expect roughly 30–45 mg of mitragynine per serving. For the exact numbers on the batch you bought, scan the QR code on the back of the package to view our 3rd-party lab results.
How should I take plain leaf kratom?
If you’re new to plain leaf, start slow. A typical serving is 3 grams (1½ teaspoons), brewed into tea or mixed into juice or yogurt. Effects last about 4–6 hours. Adjust slowly — more isn’t necessarily better.
What should I know before taking plain leaf?
Plain leaf Mitragyna speciosa is for adults aged 21 and over. Do not combine it with alcohol, prescription medication, or other substances. Do not operate a vehicle or heavy machinery while taking it. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care for any condition, please consult your healthcare professional before use.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day via the carrier you chose at checkout. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your label is printed.
Does Motark offer free shipping?
Yes — free standard shipping applies automatically at checkout on every order over $50 shipping inside the United States.
Which states do you ship to?
We currently ship to every US state except Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin, plus a handful of restricted counties and cities (Sarasota County FL, Union County MS, Denver CO, San Diego CA, City of Oceanside CA, Jerseyville IL, Ontario OR, Alton IL, and Columbus MS). If your address is in one of those zones, your order will be canceled and refunded automatically.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). To start a return, email help@motark.com with your order number.
What is the Motark loyalty rewards program?
You earn 20% back in Motark Rewards points on every purchase you make while logged into your account. 10 points = $1 off a future order. Points expire 180 days after they’re earned. Sign in to your account dashboard to see your current balance.
How does the Motark affiliate program work?
Once you sign up in the Affiliate Dashboard you get a personal referral link. You earn 20% commission on each order placed through your link. Minimum PayPal payout is $100; balances under $100 can be paid out as store credit at any time.
