Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email, and payment method when you place an order or create an account. Date of birth or age confirmation when you pass our 21+ age gate.
- Communications. Email subscription preferences, customer support tickets, product reviews, and survey responses.
- Automatic information. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location (derived from IP). We use cookies and similar technologies for cart, authentication, analytics, and marketing.
How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders, send order updates, and handle returns.
- To verify that you meet the legal age requirement (21+) in your jurisdiction.
- To run our loyalty rewards and affiliate programs (if you’ve opted in).
- To send you marketing email and SMS messages you’ve signed up for — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to a text.
- To detect and prevent fraud, comply with shipping restrictions, and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with
We share your information with the service providers that help us run the business — payment processors, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, email/SMS platforms, analytics providers, and the warehouse where your order is picked and packed. We require these providers to handle your data securely and only for the services they perform for us. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use first-party and third-party cookies to keep your cart working, remember your age-gate confirmation, measure site performance, and serve relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features (like the cart and checkout) won’t work without them.
Your choices and rights
- Account. Edit your profile, address book, and email preferences from your account dashboard.
- Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.
- SMS. Reply STOP to any of our text messages.
- Access, correction, deletion. Email help@motark.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations (for example, we have to keep order records for tax purposes).
- California / EU residents. If you live in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction that gives you additional privacy rights (right to know, right to delete, right to opt out of sale/sharing, etc.), those rights apply to you and you can exercise them by contacting help@motark.com.
Children
Motark products are intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact help@motark.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) in transit and access controls to protect your personal information. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, if appropriate, notify you by email.
