Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays) will ship out the same day.

Orders placed after 2PM EST, on federal holidays, or over the weekend will ship out the next business day.

Please allow 1-2 business days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

To reduce issues with lost or stolen packages, orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery unless requested otherwise. Choosing no signature means assuming full liability for any issues.

Shipping times for FedEx and UPS are calculated by business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

For example, an order placed Wednesday evening for 2-day shipping will arrive the following Monday. If Monday is a holiday, expect delivery on Tuesday instead. The same applies to Overnight and Next Day shipping placed late in the week. Saturday delivery can be arranged if notified and paid for ahead of time.

Return Policy

Desire no longer to traverse our territory? We cannot undo what the jungle has already revealed, but provide safe passage home should you wish it. However, once you choose to follow the Motark’s trail, you cross into the land of discovery from which few return unchanged. Either continue onward or turn back early. But possessions can be returned—transformations never can be. We accept no liability for dreams the rainforest imparts. Choose wisely and travel safely. The jungle welcomes only those seeking their truths.

Official Motark Return Policy

We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their Motark purchases. If you are not completely happy with an item for any reason, you may return unopened products in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Opened Products

Due to strict quality control policies, we cannot accept returns on opened kratom or supplement products. However, we make one exception per customer for returns of opened products up to 30 days after delivery if at least 80% of the package contents remain.

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at support@motark.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to attach to the package(s) you wish to return. Once received at our facility, we will inspect the condition of returns and issue refunds for all approved items. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different Motark product instead of requesting a standard return, please let us know in your email and provide your exchange preferences. We are happy to send replacement items for the full value of your return once received to get you a product better suited to your needs.
