Plain leaf, or “Mitragyna speciosa”, is a tropical tree native to Southeast Asia. The plant’s leaves have been traditionally used in countries like Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The leaves have traditionally been chewed or brewed into tea by local populations and is known to both energize the body or aid in easing everyday discomfort (depending on the strain your pick).
